The definition of a norm is something that is usual, a standard pattern of behavior. When we cling to the traditional norms, “change” becomes a dirty word. The world is in constant flux and people, technology, and markets are constantly evolving. Many of us are stuck within the four walls of our workplace every day, dealing only with tactical issues. Moreover, we have certain norms and mindsets that impede us from growing.If accomplishing our goals is an up hill battle we can never afford to stay in neutral. We are moving forward or drifting back, and if we fall in the latter category the new storm will wipe us out. Believe that!
