revolt_revolution_s-e1422363143559Regardless of our position on the organizational chart we have the ability to influence people. Our level of impact depends on how much we are investing in ourselves and in others. The more we pour or invest in ourselves and people around us, the greater our circles of influence grows.

Consequently, a limited investment will limit our influence. Therefore, when we jump into the next project as a well invested leader, we are destined to make a great impact within the organization. The duration of our impact is based on our level of consistency regarding the investment in ourselves and in others. Situations occur on a daily basis where leaders step up and take the initiative to solve issues without a going through the ranks of the leadership hierarchy. Leaders have influence and ability to get things done through the help of others. The greater the influence the greater the impact! If we know that we are leaders, and we can make a positive impact within our organizations, why would we allow external influences to stop us from making a difference? Are you listening to the naysayers or are you going to be a lion slayer?

“He who influences the thoughts of his times, influences all the times that follow. He has made his impress on eternity.      – Thomas Kempis
